Parent Volunteer Agreement

If you are interested in volunteering in the classroom, on field trips, and/or at any other formal school function or activity (e.g., chaperoning a sporting trip) please complete the application and return it to the front office. Please note, to be a PTO volunteer inside the school you will need to fill out both a Parent Volunteer Agreement AND our PTO Member Registration Form linked at the bottom of this page.

**Fingerprinting is required to volunteer inside the school during school hours. The school's HR department will provide you with the proper paperwork once your application is approved.**

Vaccination is not required.
